White Tea Emerges As A Suitable Solution Of Obesity
Date: 1st May 2009
According to a latest revelation, successive experiments undertaken by researchers have highlighted specific anti-obesity effects of white tea such as successfully restraining the production of new adipocytes (human fat cells) and accelerating the organization of fat from mature fat cells. Marc Winnefeld and his team of researchers from Beiersdorf AG, Germany undertook a thorough study on the biological effects of white tea extract, the least refined version of the tea plant Camellia sinensis.
The researchers started the experiment by treating pre-adipocytes produced in the laboratory with white tea extracts and observed that fat integration was decreased while new adipocytes (human fat cells) were originated. However, pertaining to the results obtained from the experiment, Marc Winnefeld, the leading researcher states that it was soon found out that the extract solution accelerated a reduction in the expression of genes related to the growth of new fat cells and simultaneously also led to the breaking down of fats contained in the existing human fat cells.
However, Marc Winnefeld makes it apparent that the high prevalence of diabetes, cardiovascular ailments and other obesity related disorders has led to increasing difficulty in the industrialized nations and he along with his associate researchers have established that white tea is likely to be a suitable natural resource of slimming substances.
