You can consume fats from olive oil, polyunsaturated spreads, oily fish and sunflower oil for your fat needs especially when you want to lose weight. They also help to lower the risk of increased cholesterol level in the blood which can result into coronary heart disease.
Water
60% of your body is made up of water only. It is an essential component that nourishes your skin when you are cutting down your food requirements. Drink plenty of water at all times as it contains no calories and gives you a “full” feeling besides helping your body to function properly.
To lose weight in an appropriate and comfortable manner, what you need is setting up a realistic target and forgetting about eating less or dieting to speed up weight loss.
